This rock-wall goes all the way out to the Urunga river-mouth. On high tide the water rises over the rocks, then as the tide recedes the water rushes over the rocks and back out to sea. Quite interesting and an excellent place to set up fish nets. As you drive into Urunga on the highway, there's a sign which say 'Where The River Meets The Sea', I guess this pretty much sums it up.
