From a technical standpoint this image is close to perfection. The management of the different exposure values has led to a richness of tones and the highlights and shadows kept in-range, probably a grad filter has been used. The exposure time choice is perfect in my opinion and the flow of water is well recorded.
The scene is very appealing for the impressive clouds.
In my view there's a lack of an element that could differentiate the photo and make it unique: a man or a dog would be perfect here, but also a branch or an object on the sand would help.
Overall the image pops for the subject and the sense of breath of the sea that makes me "feel" as if i'm there, an that's not a secondary point!
The Artist thought this was FAIR

Excellent, Drew.
The blue tones in the sky don't look very natural but they give an amazing artistic feeling to the scene.
The red in the middle is also very interesting. The small "highlight"in the foreground (left) is a bit distractive but it's just a detail.
